In 1988, Mr and Mrs Quadranti - Hug founded the first company, laying the foundation for a successful career in the real estate world. Today, more than three decades later, we continue their vision and expand it with new time-adapted solutions.
Our family business specializes in high-quality residential real estate in prime locations. Our family portfolio, which is in the double-digit millions, consists exclusively of properties that have been carefully selected to ensure low vacancy risk. This allows us to generate long-term and stable rental income. Despite numerous offers, we have not sold any of our properties to date, as we believe in long-term value appreciation and the importance of consistency.
Through the years, we have built an extensive network of partners, investors and experts. This network allows us to draw on a wide range of resources and expertise. We understand the importance of collaborations and are proud to work with the best in the industry to develop innovative solutions.
